STROTEX-Q ADVANCED PLUS is a four-layer roof underlay with very high mechanical strength, achieved by a built-in reinforcing mesh. It is used on all roof types and is especially recommended for multi-pitch roofs with full boarding. Thanks to its absorption technology it suits climates with large day-to-night temperature swings and prevents biological corrosion on the roof. It is particularly recommended under aluminium coverings (e.g. standing-seam panels, steel tiles) and under ceramic tiles. The membrane also has sound-insulating properties. A layer of polypropylene nonwoven absorbs moisture and so delays condensation. With their innovative technology, Strotex Q membranes equalise differences in water-vapour concentration and so protect the roof's thermal-insulation layer. Thanks to its four-layer construction, the membrane has high tear resistance in both the transverse and longitudinal directions.
