METAL FLASHING

• The flashings are essential for sealing the window tightly to the roof.
• The basic function of the flashing is to protect the window from
atmospheric conditions
• The flashings are made of aluminium and protected with polyester varnish.
The standard colour is grey-brown (RAL 7022).

TZ flashings Designed for roofs
with a corrugated profile up to 45 mm high, such as:
tiles, profiled metal sheets,
metal panels with a system of joints
that are prefabricated (the so-called
“click” system).

The range also includes: TH flashings for corrugated roofs up to 90
mm high, TZ (S, H) – D for Optilight D Pro windows, flashings for
vertical and horizontal combinations.

* The MXT vapour-permeable frame removes moisture from
the area around the roof window and reduces the formation of thermal bridges
thanks to the insulation of the roof windows with eco-friendly wool.
